Real Estate Assistant - Land Acquisitions & Dispositions Coordinator (Remote Latin America Part-Time) Join a growing land flipping company as our Real Estate Assistant / Acquisitions & Dispositions Coordinator playing a key role in the day-to-day operations of our business. What you'll do: Serve as a point of contact with real estate agents title companies and county representatives via phone and email - following up on title searches document requests and deal status on both the buy and sell side. Populate and finalize purchase agreements from our established templates ensuring accuracy in seller names legal descriptions and terms (no legal drafting - templates are provided). Conduct property research including identifying easements access issues and other property details relevant to land deals. Support both sides of our deal pipeline - acquisitions (sourcing and closing on properties working with sellers and their agents) and dispositions (marketing properties and coordinating with buyer-side and listing agents) - and handle day-to-day operational tasks as our pipeline grows.
