Sending detailed check-in/check-out instructions and confirming guest arrivals and departures to maintain organized operations. Monitoring property security cameras to identify and report any unusual activity or violations of house rules. Coordinating with cleaners and maintenance staff to address issues that arise between guest stays promptly. Logging all guest interactions and incidents accurately and escalating emergencies immediately to ensure quick resolution. To excel in this role you will need: Proficiency in Airbnb WhatsApp Google Sheets and familiarity with property management software such as Hostaway or Guesty. Fluency in English and Spanish both written and spoken to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guests. A strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a remote setting. Previous experience in property management or a similar field is preferred but not required. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while allowing you to be an integral part of our property management team. This role is ideal for someone who has previous experience handling guest communication for short-term rentals serviced accommodation Airbnb B hidden VRBO or similar platforms. Key Responsibilities: Responding to daily guest queries in a professional and friendly manner either through chat or calls Supporting current guests before during and after their stay Creating booking quotations for new enquiries Responding to booking enquiries and helping convert leads into confirmed bookings Handling guest concerns issues and requests efficiently Coordinating with the operations housekeeping and maintenance teams when needed Responding to guest reviews across booking platforms Keeping guest communication organised and up to date Requirements: Previous experience in guest support short-term rentals serviced accommodation or property management Strong written and verbal English communication skills Confident in responding to guests through both chat and phone calls Ability to stay calm and professional when handling guest issues Good attention to detail Organised reliable and responsive Experience with platforms such as Airbnb B hidden VRBO Hostaway or similar systems is preferred Ideal Candidate: You should be friendly proactive and confident in communicating with guests through chat or calls.
