    Job Description

Executive Nomad - Growth Operator (B2B) You've spent three years in B2B lead generation. You know what a good sequence looks like. You know the difference between a reply rate and a result. You've watched campaigns work and campaigns die, and you've got a view on why, when and what to do about it. If that's you, t his is for you. If you solely use AI to respond to this opportunity, this is not for you. Here's what I'm building. Executive Nomad is a global business helping senior professionals turn decades of career capital into something they actually own. Think C-suite executives, senior consultants, people who've just sold a business. High-value buyers. Long decision cycles. Complex conversations. The outbound engine that fills this pipeline doesn't exist yet. I need someone who can build it. Not manage it. Build it. From the list to the sequence to the reply to the booked call. Own the whole chain, read what the numbers are telling you, and come back with a better version every week. If you've been doing B2B lead gen for three years and you're ready to own something rather than execute someone else's plan, keep reading. The money, plainly stated. $5 an hour. 40 hours a week. That's your guaranteed floor - $800 a month, every month, regardless of results, but we want those results fast, becuase... Then there's the part that makes this worth your time. $200 every time a sale closes and the money is in the bank. Not when it looks promising. Not when a call goes well. When it's done. Do the maths. You book 4 calls a day. We close 1 in 8 (usually more). That's roughly 10 closed sales a month. $2,000 in commission on top of your base. $2,800 a month. As a contractor. Fully remote. For a global brand in a market that has almost no competition. You've been in B2B long enough to know what a good close rate looks like. You'll have a view on whether 1 in 8 is conservative or ambitious. Good. That instinct is part of what I'm hiring. What the work actually looks like. You own outbound. Lists, sequences, replies, booked calls. Not executing someone else's playbook. Writing one that works for this specific buyer, in this specific market, and iterating until the numbers move. When something works, I want a short note. What you did. What happened. What you'd do to multiply it. Then ask for the resources to multiply the responses, the winners. When something doesn't, cut it fast. No defensiveness. Just the next idea. If you're just looking for a job that ticks boxes until payday. This won't be for you. If you're hungry to prove yourself. If you've been looking at the job boards to find a role where you have the freedom to test, iterate and retest until you get it right. That's our story. Ok, and y ou know the tools and you don't need us to tell you what you need; Apollo, LinkedIn, whatever you've been using. Bring your stack. If you think our approach needs changing, tell me. Write it up, record a Loom, walk me through the logic. I'll push back hard. Win the argument and we'll test it. If it scales, you'll have had a hand in building something that runs globally and pays you what you deserve. Three years in B2B means you've already had most of the arguments about volume versus targeting, personalisation versus automation, open rates versus reply rates. I'm not looking for someone to train. I'm looking for someone with a point of view who can back it with results. Who hits the ground running, day 1, takes control, reports to our Operations Manager, not with problems, with solutions. Who I am. I've worked independently in this space for 3 decades. I co-founded a company called SIRA Utilities, which led to the creation of uS[hidden]. uSwitch sold for £210 million in 2006. I built that with people who counted results, not hours. They want the money and they know the route to the money is results. The people who will build this global business are high level players, BUT, (and this is important) we run an honest business. Our clients are top level executives, they'll see a 'pitch' a mile away, so we don't pitch, we advise and help. But that won't be your role. your role is to get them set up in a meeting. They are B2B. You will work hard, not watch the clock. You will give answers, not wait for them. You will push back if you think we're getting it wrong. You will work on every deal with everything you have, because that's where the money is. That's the only culture I know how to run. What I need from you. Three years minimum in B2B lead generation. Outbound, not inbound. You've written sequences, worked replies, booked calls with senior buyers. You understand that volume without targeting is noise. You use AI. So do I. What I won't tolerate is output with no thinking behind it. Show me how you use it to do more, faster, better. That's the standard. One more thing. This is a young global business, not a corporate with a process for everything. Some weeks you'll be building the plane while flying it. If that sounds like a problem, this isn't the right role. If it sounds like the most interesting thing you've read today, it probably is. The challenge. There's a task i have built out for you. It starts with this. Response to this message. Start by defining exactly what an Executive Nomad is. Then tell me this simply. Why you? If you ask ChatGPT to answer that question for you and your brain did 5% of the thinking . I'll scan it, spot it and ignore it. I want to hear from you not a prompt. Then tell me, in as much detail as you want/can - What would you do if your role constantly took you to the $2500 mark, every month? That's not a promise it WILL happen, but it's a promise it could happen, if (and only if) you're ready to do what it takes to make it happen. This business is simple, the more you make each month, the more the business and the team around you make each month. Everybidy pulls together. Read it. Do it properly. Tell me why you, why now, and exactly what you'd do with the brief if it was handed to you Show me the thinking. Applications that do, get a response. Applications that don't, don't.
