We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage our financial operations and ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards. Key Responsibilities: Review and reconcile QuickBooks Online financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance. Prepare and lodge BAS, IAS, company tax returns, and other ATO compliance obligations. Monitor and manage payment deadlines for ATO, superannuation, payroll, and taxes effectively. Prepare comprehensive monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports, and provide strategic recommendations to management. Ensure all financial activities comply with Australian accounting standards and liaise with the ATO or external advisors when required. Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience working with QuickBooks Online. Mid-level experience in accounting, ideally within the healthcare industry. Strong understanding of Australian tax laws and compliance obligations. Excellent time management skills to handle various deadlines efficiently.
