About the Role We are an established medical spa seeking a tech-forward, results-driven Remote Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of our local lead generation, search visibility, web presence, and technical social media distribution. We are looking for an AI-proficient executor who utilizes modern automation and generative tools to move lightning-fast and integrate smoothly with our internal tech team. Your primary objective will be optimizing our digital ecosystem to maximize down-funnel conversions and drive high-ticket, booked consultations into our clinic. Core Responsibilities 1. Paid Performance Advertising & Optimization - Build, monitor, and optimize local lead-generation campaigns on Meta, Facebook/Instagram, and Google Ads. - Continuously test landing pages, ad hooks, headlines, and video creatives to hit strict Cost-Per-Lead (CPL) and Cost-Per-Booked-Appointment (CPBA) targets. 2. AI SEO (GEO) & Traditional Search Ranking - Optimize our web infrastructure, structured schema data, and FAQ layers so our med spa is consistently cited and recommended by AI answer engines, including ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. - Execute weekly optimization tasks for our Google Business Profile (GBP) to maintain a top position in local map packs. 3. Website Management & Automation Infrastructure - Execute immediate text, layout, asset, and pricing updates on our website, WordPress/Elementor or GoHighLevel. - Build high-converting, responsive landing pages for targeted seasonal promotions. - Ensure flawless conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and Google Tag Manager. - Build and monitor automated data flows via Zapier to connect front-end leads instantly to our CRM. 4. Technical Social Media Management - Take raw video footage/photos provided by our on-site team, edit them into high-converting, aesthetic Reels/TikToks, and schedule them. - Manage the back-end engagement, monitoring incoming direct messages (DMs) to rapidly guide interested users to our calendar booking link. Required Skills & Experience - 2+ years of verifiable experience managing paid ads, website infrastructure, and SEO specifically for medical spas, aesthetic clinics, or high-ticket local service businesses. - Deep technical command over WordPress/Elementor, Zapier, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager. - AI Tool Fluency: Highly proficient using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, and video editors to accelerate content creation, programming logic, and copywriting workflows. - Exceptional written and spoken business English with the ability to build data-driven performance reports. Nice-to-Have Skills - Experience related to commercial real estate or private equity work is a plus, but not required.
