Podcast Copy & Artwork Producer Remote, per-episode work. Starting at 4 to 5 episodes per month with scope to increase. We produce podcasts for health and wellness clients in the US. You would handle the written and visual assets for each episode. What you'd do per episode Write episode titles for each platform. Conversational for Apple and Spotify, search-aware for YouTube. Write show notes covering key takeaways, guest links, resources and affiliate placements. Write an SEO blog post recapping the episode. Write YouTube descriptions, tags and keywords for long-form, medium-form and Shorts. Design episode covers, reel covers and YouTube thumbnails using our brand templates. What we need Strong written English. Our clients' audiences are US-based and the copy carries their voice. SEO copywriting experience. Canva, Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and ChatGPT or Claude. Comfortable working to a fixed brand standard rather than free creative choice. You're free to use whatever AI tools you like to speed up your workload, as long as the output hits our standards. Rate is $25 per episode, covering all the deliverables listed above. How we work Episodes are planned as far in advance as possible, so you're never scrambling. We have detailed SOPs, so you're not guessing at what good looks like. Support is always there if you need it, and if something isn't working we'd rather hear it early than find out late. We're a small team and we're straight with each other. You'd be working directly with the founder, not through layers. What success looks like Three months in, episodes move through you without needing chasing. The copy sounds like the client, not like a template. Thumbnails and covers land on brand first time, so revisions are rare. You flag problems before they become deadline problems. This is per-episode work to start, not full-time hours. There is room for the role to grow.
