We're looking for an experienced Paid Ads / Paid Media & Performance Marketing VA to help manage and optimize advertising across Google Ads Meta Ads Microsoft Ads YouTube and potentially other platforms. This role will begin part-time with the opportunity to add hours as responsibilities and workload grow. We're committed to paying fairly for good work and expanding the role when there is enough ongoing work to support it. Responsibilities Manage monitor and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns Support Microsoft Ads and YouTube Ads campaigns as needed Monitor performance budgets conversions and ROAS Maintain target ROAS while identifying practical opportunities to improve results Repurpose existing video assets for paid video campaigns Prepare clear weekly performance summaries and more detailed monthly reports Read and interpret reporting from Google Analytics Google Ads Meta Microsoft Ads and related platforms Build or update dashboards and reports when needed Follow strategic direction and campaign instructions while serving as an additional set of eyes for potential improvements or issues Handle campaign updates promotions sales-calendar changes and other paid advertising duties as assigned Requirements At least two to three years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads Experience in performance marketing or paid customer acquisition Familiarity with Microsoft Ads and YouTube Ads is strongly preferred Experience building and interpreting advertising reports and dashboards Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage campaigns responsibly Ability to work independently without constant hand-holding Fluent written and spoken English.
