We're looking for someone who takes accuracy and trustworthiness seriously - you'll be representing our company directly with sellers agents and title companies and we need someone whose word and work we can rely on completely. Requirements: Available for live calls and coordination during 9am-5pm Eastern Time. This is a hard requirement - the role involves real-time contact with US-based title companies agents and county offices. Native or near-native English fluency both written and spoken. You'll be a primary point of contact representing our company on phone calls so clear professional communication is essential. Minimal accent is required for this position High integrity and honesty - someone who takes ownership of mistakes communicates transparently and can be trusted with sensitive deal information. Experience in a real estate support role is a plus (transaction coordination ISA or real estate VA experience) but not required - we're open to candidates at any experience level who show strong attention to detail and communication skills. Conduct property research including identifying easements access issues and other property details relevant to land deals. Support both sides of our deal pipeline - acquisitions (sourcing and closing on properties working with sellers and their agents) and dispositions (marketing properties and coordinating with buyer-side and listing agents) - and handle day-to-day operational tasks as our pipeline grows. Compensation: $6-8/hr depending on experience with room to grow into a more senior role and additional hours - including potential for deal-based bonuses as you take on more responsibility.
