This role is primarily focused on maintenance management incident handling and property quality control acting as the key link between on-site teams digital tools and OTA platforms. You will work closely with the Head of Operations and our VA team to ensure that properties are well maintained issues are handled efficiently and operational standards remain consistently high across the portfolio. Key Responsibilities : Manage on-site maintenance operations: incident tracking corrective actions preventive maintenance and follow-up with field teams. Coordinate and supervise on-site staff and service providers (maintenance cleaning inspections).
