We are currently expanding our recruiting team, and our clients are looking for senior developers to join their projects. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing developers, interviewing them, evaluating their technical skills, and introducing qualified candidates to our team. The ideal candidates should meet the following criteria: Strong English communication skills, preferably C1/C2 level 3+ years of software engineering experience Actively looking for new opportunities Available to work in U.S. time zones, such as Eastern Time or Pacific Time This role is a great opportunity to expand your professional network, build relationships with skilled developers and clients, and grow your recruiting experience.
