We seek a mid-level professional passionate about identifying and connecting with Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to drive growth and expand our client base. This role is crucial in building strong relationships with prospective clients, including founders and managing directors in the UAE and other strategic markets. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for: Researching and identifying suitable SME prospects, founders, and managing directors in key markets. Building and maintaining a high-quality prospect list, complete with contact details, company information, and potential finance needs. Preparing and managing personalized LinkedIn and email outreach, ensuring polite follow-ups and effective conversation tracking. Maintaining the CRM or prospect tracker, recording all contacts, responses, meetings, opportunities, and next actions. Supporting LinkedIn content and other social media platforms alongside lead-generation activities, and providing a simple weekly report on progress, engagement, and results. We are looking for someone with proven experience in lead generation, especially in the consulting or financial services industry. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
