Key Responsibilities: Initiate and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, introducing our senior living advisory services. Provide updates and information to social workers and discharge planners, offering support and resources for senior care assessments. Utilize a phone script to effectively communicate our services and availability. Maintain accurate records by filling out intake forms using computer skills. Required Skills and Experience: Mid-level experience in a similar role, preferably within the senior living or healthcare industry. Strong communication skills with a detail-oriented and technical approach. Proficiency in computer skills for data entry and managing communication tools.
