What You'll Do Edit short-form video content (Reels TikTok Shorts) - primarily founder story and founder-led content turning raw footage into polished on-brand videos with strong hooks and pacing Plan and maintain a content calendar and handle posting/scheduling across our social channels Design and edit static image posts (photo editing graphic templates carousels) that match our brand guidelines visual identity and tone of voice Reach out to relevant wellness/lifestyle influencers to arrange free product samples/gifting in exchange for content or exposure Stay on top of platform trends and suggest content ideas and formats that fit our brand What We're Looking For Proven experience editing short-form video content especially founder-led or personal brand storytelling - this is a must.
