VA Agency Lead for Consulting Cohort

We are looking for one established VA agency or experienced team lead that can supply, coordinate and continuously manage a cohort of 10-15 VAs. We are creating a small, ongoing contractor cohort in which each participant completes a legitimate monthly research, data-verification, or workforce-intelligence micro-assignments. We are not seeking to recruit, contract or pay individuals separately. The selected agency will be our sole operational and commercial counterpart and will take responsibility for: | Providing a complete roster of 10-15 qualified participants | Onboarding and communicating requirements to the team | Distributing and tracking monthly assignments | Confirming that each participant completes the required work | Managing all internal payments to participants | Maintaining the required team size | Replacing participants promptly when necessary | Providing one point of contact and one monthly invoice COMMERCIAL ARRANGEMENT We will pay the agency a fixed, all-inclusive fee per month or quarterly for delivery and management, with additional billables per task.
