Position Summary The VA Sales & Marketing AI Operator plays a key role in executing digital marketing campaigns, managing customer relationships, supporting sales activities, and operating AI-powered business systems. This position combines marketing, CRM management, automation, AI prompting, and administrative support to ensure that leads are captured, nurtured, and converted into customers. Key Responsibilities Sales Operations Manage leads within GoHighLevel (GHL). Update CRM records accurately. Create and manage sales opportunities. Monitor pipelines and sales stages. Schedule appointments and follow-ups. Send proposals and follow-up communications. Track sales performance metrics. Maintain customer records. Marketing Operations Publish social media content. Schedule posts across multiple platforms. Assist with email marketing campaigns. Support SMS marketing campaigns. Build landing pages and funnels in GoHighLevel. Create and edit surveys and forms. Maintain company websites and marketing assets. Assist with SEO initiatives. Monitor campaign performance. AI Operations Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to create: marketing content; emails; blog articles; social media posts; SMS campaigns; sales scripts; job descriptions; promotional materials. Improve AI prompts for better business results. Research new AI tools and recommend improvements. Support AI-powered customer service systems. GoHighLevel Responsibilities Manage contacts.
