Virtual Outbound Sales Representative Full-Time | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central Time USA Mobile Drug Testing of Plano is a compliance-as-a-service platform helping companies navigate DOT and occupational health compliance requirements. We're looking for a driven, articulate Virtual Outbound Sales Representative to generate new business and build our client pipeline. Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Central Time (US). What you'll do: Make outbound calls to prospective clients (cold calls, warm leads, and referral follow-ups) Clearly explain services and value proposition to decision-makers (HR managers, safety officers, business owners) Qualify leads and schedule demos/consultations for the sales/onboarding team Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and pipeline status in our CRM Meet weekly/monthly outbound call and appointment-setting targets Follow up persistently but professionally with prospects who don't convert on the first call Report on call activity, conversion rates, and pipeline progress What you'll need: Excellent spoken English with a confident, professional, and persuasive phone presence - this is a US-facing cold-calling role, so clarity and native-level fluency matter Proven outbound sales or telemarketing experience (B2B preferred) Comfortable with rejection and consistent daily call volume Strong follow-up discipline and CRM data hygiene Full-time availability, 8a-5p Central, reliable internet, quiet home work environment Self-motivated - able to work independently and hit targets without close supervision Nice to have: Experience selling compliance, safety, HR, or B2B service subscriptions Familiarity with DOT/occupational health/workplace compliance industry Experience with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar Compensation: Base + commission
