Hi! I'm Monalisa Bade Llanzana, you can call me Mona. I'm an Executive Assistant and Administrative Support Specialist based in Albay, Philippines. Prior to freelancing, I've worked as a Branch Service Associate in a bank for almost 4 years. I processed salary loans, handle new accounts, accounts payable, many client-facing task, and also lots of admin back-end tasks. I created several monitoring tools like loan application monitoring, cold calling monitoring, motorcycle loan payment monitoring to make the loan processes efficient. I am innovative, in fact, I created a Loan Penalty Calculator using excel to automatically compute the penalties of past-due clients since the system we were using before shows inaccurate penalties. This helped us save time computing the penalties manually. The Loan Penalty Calculator I made is still being used today not just in the branch office I previously worked at but in other branches. I took up an online freelancing course with the Filipino Virtual Assistance to gain skills in freelancing and develop existing ones such as Email Management, Data Entry, Lead Generation, Basic Social Media Management, and Basic SEO. I am now working as an Executive Assistant.
