I am an experienced Real Estate Virtual Assistant, Transaction Coordinator, and an Executive Assistant for almost a year and 6 months now. I'm knowledgeable with Social Media Management, where I create graphics in Canva for my clients and post to their social media accounts. Transaction Coordination; I deal with transactions and contracts, and I also communicate with some agents who work with the transactions. Align with that, and I also edit contracts in Docusign and Authentisign and send them to the agents, buyers, and sellers. I am proficient with Microsoft Offices and G-suites like Word or Docs, Excel, and PowerPoint presentations. I also do MLS and CRM management, email management, calendar management / schedule appointments, website management, skip tracing, data entry, phone support, lead generation, and sort of cold calling.
