My name is Josh, I’m 33 years young, from the Philippines. Just a brief introduction about myself – I’m heavily interested in personal growth, financial freedom, fitness, meditation, reading, music, art, food, and psychology. I have over 7 years of experience working as a Virtual Assistant in the online industry – 3 years in an office-based BPO Company, and 4 years working from home. I’ve had the pleasure to be able to work with various clients – business coaches, life coaches, start-up entrepreneurs, property developers, digital marketing agencies, and other Virtual Assistants as well. Basic Graphic Design – creating graphics using clients’ branding materials via Canva 9. Project Management – overseeing that tasks are assigned properly via Asana, Trello, and Basecamp, setting deadlines for team members, proofreading content, double checking graphic designs to see if they match with a client’s specifications, task assignments, employee follow-ups, creating/setting meetings with client and employees 10. Team Lead – creating progress reports, scheduling daily/weekly employee sit-downs, Team Building workshops, skill assessments, hiring/onboarding new employees, creating monthly evaluation reports, and organizing skill/talent workshops.
