My name is Vincent and I have been working as a Virtual Assistant for an Aussie client for over a year, and my main role is on Administrative tasks including managing the business' email and events. I am also responsible in the invoicing process as well as in creating a profit and loss statement. I always make sure to be in attendance to every meetings and get involved on discussions about where or how the business is going and suggest ways on how the business could run better and look at the areas that requires improvement. Moreover, I also used to work for the same role for The Piddington Society and my responsibilities include but not limited to the following: . Tracking receipts/invoices. . Converting PDF files to excel and vise versa. . Processing refund for event tickets in Trybooking. . Prepare and upload data to the CRM. I used to work as a customer service representative for 8 years and was also part of the quality assurance team for over 2 years in the BPO industry. I consider myself as someone who thinks critically and quickly. I am also able to handle multiple tasks. These, along with other abilities were required in my previous role as a customer service representative.
