AI Short-Form Video Creator for Social Media

We are looking for a reliable and creative AI Video Content Creator & Editor to join our growing content team. The role involves creating short-form affiliate videos for AI influencer accounts on Instagram and Facebook. The videos may include AI-generated avatars, voiceovers, product scenes, B-roll, talking characters and image-to-video generations. We will provide training, examples, prompts, templates and access to the tools required for our workflow. Experience with AI tools is strongly preferred, but we are open to training someone who learns quickly, follows instructions well and has good video-editing skills. Responsibilities Create short-form AI videos using provided scripts, prompts and reference videos. Generate consistent AI avatars in different poses, outfits, locations and scenarios. Create product scenes, B-roll and image-to-video clips. Generate voiceovers and talking-avatar content. Edit complete vertical videos in CapCut or similar software. Add captions, hooks, music, sound effects and on-screen text. Adapt successful content concepts into new variations. Maintain consistency in characters, clothing, products and environments. Identify and correct AI-generation errors, such as distorted hands, unnatural movement, incorrect products or poor lip-sync. Organize project files, prompts and final exports. Deliver approximately 5 approved videos per working day. Communicate clearly, provide regular updates and apply feedback quickly. Continuously improve your AI-generation and editing skills. Your main responsibility will be creating and delivering finished videos. You will not normally be responsible for posting the content. Preferred Experience Experience with any of the following tools is an advantage: Google Flow Google Veo Nano Banana HeyGen ElevenLabs Grok Omni CapCut Other AI image, video or voice-generation tools Experience with affiliate marketing, UGC-style content, viral hooks, e-commerce or direct-response advertising is also a strong advantage. You do not need experience with every tool listed. Requirements Good written English and clear communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Basic or advanced short-form video-editing skills. Ability to follow instructions and closely match reference content. Ability to learn new tools and workflows quickly. Reliable computer and fast, stable internet connection. Ability to work independently and meet consistent deadlines. Full-time availability. Interest in a long-term position and growing with the team.
