This is a full-time, performance-driven sales position with a $1 USD/hour guaranteed base rate plus commission and performance bonuses . Our established cold callers and closers currently average approximately $2,500 per week in total earnings when performing successfully . We are looking for people who are confident on the phone, hungry to earn, coachable, consistent, and comfortable being measured by results. What You'll Do Make approximately 100-200 outbound calls per day Contact leads provided by the company Follow our proven scripts and sales process Qualify prospects and identify their needs Book qualified appointments for our sales/closing team Follow up with prospects by phone, SMS, and email Re-engage older leads and missed opportunities Accurately update every conversation and disposition in our CRM Complete daily follow-up tasks Provide end-of-day performance updates Work closely with our appointment setters, closers, and management team We Provide Leads CRM Dialer Sales scripts SOPs and training Appointment-setting process Sales/closing support Management and coaching Commission opportunities Opportunity to advance into a closer role Compensation $1 USD/hour guaranteed base pay Commission on successful results Performance bonuses Additional earning opportunities for top performers Opportunity to advance into higher-paying closing positions Our established cold callers and closers currently average approximately $2,500/week in total earnings when performing successfully .
