Customer Representative

Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a Customer Engagement Representative to support member communications across creator subscription-based content platforms. No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided upon joining. Key Responsibilities: Engage with members through timely, professional, and courteous responses Preserve the distinct tone and personality of each creator throughout all conversations Utilize provided scripts and SOPs as a foundation while ensuring interactions feel genuine Recognize and escalate concerns to the appropriate channel for prompt resolution Qualifications: Must currently reside in the Philippines Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Stable internet connection and access to a working computer Strong sense of accountability, organization, and independent judgment Background in chat support is a plus, though not mandatory What We Offer: Competitive hourly compensation Full training package, including scripts and SOPs 100% remote, full-time employment 📩 Interested?
