Detail-Oriented Virtual Assistant - Real Estate

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team and handle outbound calls to a list of warm leads. Your main responsibility will be to contact property owners, follow a simple script, and identify potential opportunities by gathering key information. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, results-driven, and comfortable speaking with people throughout the day. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to a provided list of property owner leads Follow a call script while maintaining a natural conversation Ask qualifying questions and collect important property details Accurately update call notes and lead status in our system Forward interested contact's information to the acquisitions team Requirements: Previous cold calling or call center experience preferred Fluent English with clear speaking and strong communication skills Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment Ability to work from home and stay consistent Compensation: Base fixed pay of ₱41,951 + bonus of ₱14,982 up to ₱29,965 per qualified lead Opportunities for long-term growth based on performance Work Schedule: Flexible, but must be available during U.S. business hours If you are hard working, consistent, and ready to be part of a fast-moving team, we’d love to hear from you.
