    Are you a proactive problem-solver with a knack for delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment? Join our team as a TikTok Customer Service Specialist and become the vital link between our brand and our valued customers on TikTok Shop. In this role, you'll be responsible for responding to customer messages with lightning speed, ensuring no inquiry goes unanswered for more than five minutes during working hours. You'll handle a variety of customer inquiries, from shipping and order updates to tracking requests, cancellations, and returns. Your ability to resolve issues professionally while adhering to company policies and escalation procedures will be key to your success. Daily, you'll monitor TikTok Shop notifications, reviews, and support tickets, ensuring you keep your finger on the pulse of customer sentiment. You'll also maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, providing comprehensive daily summaries to management to help inform our customer service strategies. During live sales events, you'll play a crucial role by answering customer questions in real-time and guiding buyers to our products, ensuring a smooth and engaging shopping experience.
