Fireplace and grill service Tech or manager

We run two growing U.S. home service businesses: BBQ grill cleaning and fireplace cleaning. We need a reliable, friendly part-time virtual assistant to handle customer communication and keep our schedule full. Responsibilities: - Answer and return customer calls, texts, emails, and social media messages - Book, confirm, and reschedule cleaning appointments - Send quotes, invoices, and appointment reminders - Follow up with past customers and promote our annual grill and fireplace maintenance plans - Request and respond to online reviews - Keep customer records and schedules up to date Requirements: - Excellent written and spoken English - Customer service or appointment-setting experience (home services a plus) - Comfortable with Google Workspace and scheduling/CRM tools (Jobber, Housecall Pro, or similar) - Reliable internet, quiet workspace, available during U.S. Eastern business hours - Organized, proactive, and able to work independently What success looks like: - Every inquiry answered the same business day - A full calendar with minimal no-shows - Happy customers and great reviews Part-time to start (about 20 hours/week), with room to grow.
