Friendly Cold Caller for Custom Jewelry

Are you a people person with a passion for jewelry? We're looking for an enthusiastic Cold Caller to join our custom jewelry team! This entry-level role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with others and wants to dive into the world of bespoke jewelry. As a Cold Caller, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our reach by engaging with potential clients, including schools and sports teams, to collaborate on stunning custom pieces for their students and athletes. You'll also keep our CRM up-to-date and maintain relationships with previous customers. What You'll Do: Reach out to prospective clients and introduce them to our custom jewelry offerings. Invite schools and sports teams to collaborate on unique designs for their members. Document all interactions and client details in Hubspot CRM to gather cadence of needs and frequency of product delivery Follow up with past customers to ensure satisfaction and explore new opportunities. What We're Looking For: Friendly and approachable communication style. Comfortable with making cold calls and building client relationships. Basic understanding of CRM systems, preferably Hubspot.
