Experience with GoHighLevel and managing remote sales/marketing teams is strongly preferred. I am looking for someone who takes initiative. I do not want to give step-by-step instructions for every task. You should be comfortable identifying problems proposing solutions managing people and following through without constant supervision. Requirements: Previous agency operations/management experience; strong English communication; experience managing remote employees or VAs; KPI and performance tracking; CRM/workflow experience; strong organization and accountability; ability to create and improve SOPs; and reliable availability during U.S. business hours.
