Key Responsibilities: Research and compile targeted lead lists for educational institutions, bookstores, events, and potential partnership opportunities. Conduct email outreach and follow-ups for author visits, virtual events, and business collaborations. Assist in digital marketing efforts, including social media management, Facebook community outreach, email marketing, and creating graphics with Canva. Manage and update eCommerce products, inventory, and website content; support the transition from Square to Shopify. Maintain CRM and outreach trackers, organize leads and responses, and report on progress weekly. Required Tools and Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Google Sheets and Google Drive. Experience with Canva, MailerLite, Calendly, Square, and Shopify. Familiarity with Facebook/Meta Business Suite for community management.
