Upload manually edited photos into our delivery system (A hidden ) - requires downloading zip files extraction and subsequent upload. Arrange photos in a logical order that reflects the natural flow of the home. Review orders before delivery to ensure all assets (including Cubi.Casa Zillow and Rendy) are included and properly billed. Manage virtual staging orders using built-in tools at A hidden or ApplyDesign.io. Create AI-generated videos from photos using a proprietary platform and manage the same-day delivery window. Add task tags to new orders to inform photographers of specific on-site requirements. Client Support & Communication Answer incoming calls SMS and live website chats in a professional manner using HighLevel CRM. Assist clients with downloading photos/videos or troubleshooting system access issues. Schedule and run Zoom calls to walk clients through resolving technical download issues. Follow up with clients post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and answer system questions. Reach out to clients as requested by management to coordinate appointments answer questions about our services and request feedback after service. Additional Creative Support Learn and operate AI-based tools to create videos from photos (training provided). Assist in generating simple marketing videos using tools such as CapCut or Descript . Handle minor photo or video edits requested by clients via Photoshop CapCut or AutoHDR.com. Requirements & Qualifications Critical Requirements Flawless Attention to Detail:Mistakes directly affect client delivery billing and our brand reputation. Advanced English Skills: Exceptional written and verbal English communication is mandatory for direct US client support. Time Zone Alignment: Full availability from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
