About the role Media Removal gets damaging content taken off the internet - false articles, defamatory posts, leaked images, malicious reviews. People come to us at a stressful moment in their lives. Your job is to answer them fast, understand the problem properly, and close them onto the right service. You own that conversation end to end, from first message to signed agreement. What you'll do Respond to new enquiries quickly, across WhatsApp, email and the website form Qualify the problem, recommend the right service, and close it Run consultation calls and get them booked in Follow up properly - most of these deals are won on the third or fourth message, not the first Outbound prospecting. Cold outreach to businesses and individuals with visible reputation problems. This is a genuine part of the role, not an occasional extra Keep the CRM accurate and up to date Hours Monday to Friday, full days, plus a part-time Saturday shift. You need to work South African business hours (SAST) - where you're based is up to you. What we're looking for Excellent written English. You are selling in writing, all day Proven closing experience - be ready to show real examples of deals you've closed Persistence without being pushy Judgement. Clients are often distressed and some cases are genuinely sensitive Self-motivation.
