As a key player in our sales team, you will: Initiate cold calls to potential clients to grow our customer base. Professionally handle both incoming and outgoing calls with clients. Assist in managing the sales department's call schedules and calendars effectively. Conduct extensive outreach through calls and text messages. Regularly update and maintain client information in our systems. Demonstrate high levels of confidence, credibility, and accountability in all interactions. Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the sales team. To excel in this role, you should have: Mid-level experience in a similar role, preferably within the travel industry. Proficiency with Google Sheets, Quo, and Slack for data management. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
