Chat Support & Sales Support (Fully Remote)

We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Virtual Assistants in Chat Support and Sales Support. In this role, you will engage with customers in a friendly and authentic manner, identify their needs, and drive sales through personalized and engaging conversations. What We're Looking For Basic understanding of sales - You don't need to be an expert, but you should know how to guide a conversation toward a positive outcome. High IQ & quick thinking - Ability to evaluate situations fast and choose the best reaction in each scenario. Fun & social personality - You should genuinely enjoy talking to people and keeping conversations lively. Strong written communication - Clear, friendly, and persuasive messaging style. Reliability - Consistent presence and accountability are key. Ideal Candidate You enjoy talking and connecting with people. You're motivated by hitting goals and earning bonuses. You can adapt your tone depending on the customer and situation. You're hungry to learn and grow in sales and communication. A stable internet connection, a computer, and a quiet workspace. What We Offer Base Pay: $2.50 per hour Performance Bonus: 2% commission + additional individual and team bonuses. Weekly Payments: Salaries paid out every week.
