Amazon Seller Central Customer Support VA - Part-Time

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Seller Central Customer Support Virtual Assistant for NordHavn, a growing German e-commerce brand. This is a small, long-term part-time position. It is not suitable for applicants without practical Amazon Seller Central experience. RESPONSIBILITIES Review and respond to Amazon buyer messages Search and verify orders in Seller Central Check order status, shipping carrier and tracking information Handle FBM delivery and tracking problems involving DPD, DHL and other carriers Process authorised partial refunds Support full-refund and replacement workflows according to our SOP Review return requests and previous actions Prevent duplicate refunds, replacements or compensation Maintain an accurate customer-support case tracker Escalate owner-controlled actions with the correct Amazon order ID Use our configured Custom GPT to analyse cases and prepare customer replies Follow NordHavn's written SOPs and authority limits exactly REQUIREMENTS Proven hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central customer support Experience handling Amazon buyer messages Experience with FBM orders, tracking problems, refunds and returns Ability to verify whether a refund or shipment is pending or completed Excellent written English Strong attention to detail Comfortable using ChatGPT and following structured SOPs Able to work independently without inventing information or making unauthorised promises Reliable internet connection Regular daily availability Available to begin on Monday, August 24 German is not required. Our configured system prepares customer replies in the customer's language. You must understand the internal English instructions, verify the information and send the correct customer reply through Amazon.
