Superstar DM Setter Wanted! (High-Level Conversations & DM Setting expert) We're looking for an enthusiastic, highly conversational VA who thrives in engaging with people online and has exceptional English skills (written & spoken, 10/10 only!). You're a perfect fit if you have: - Previous Virtual Assistant experience (you know the ropes and hit the ground running!). - Must be technologically literate and work form a laptop - Top-tier conversational abilities, who can naturally build rapport and genuinely connect with others through messages. - Solid experience managing Instagram and proficient with Meta Business Suite. - Familiarity with scripts (following and adapting them naturally to conversations). - Familiarity with google sheets and google docs - Comfort using Type form and Calendly for scheduling and qualifying leads. - Experience using Slack Non negotiable: - You must be able to work at a very fast pace, think quickly and have a problem solving mindset - You written English must be exceptional - You must be able to work uninterrupted and concentrate for 8 hours, 5 days a week - You must be able to work between 5pm and 1:30am EST for shift. - However during training you must be able to work between 9am and 5pm EST Salary is base plus team commission If chatting online feels like second nature to you, and you're looking to become an essential part of a supportive and driven team, this role is perfect for you!
