Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee multiple active workstreams by tracking deliverables, deadlines, and follow-ups. Ensure nothing slips through the cracks. Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate with freelancers, creators, and vendors. Assign work, chase status updates, and hold team members accountable with professionalism. Inbox & Calendar Management: Triage emails, draft replies, and protect the consultant's time efficiently. AI Utilization: Use Claude AI daily to draft communications, summarize documents, prepare meeting briefs, organize research, and build workflows. Client & Partner Communication: Communicate on behalf of the consultant, ensuring appropriate tone and judgment. Project Management System Maintenance: Keep systems current and serve as the go-to source for project status updates. Qualifications: Proven experience using AI tools in real work environments, with a strong preference for Claude AI. 2+ years of project management experience, managing timelines, dependencies, and ensuring on-schedule delivery. Experience in managing people, including freelancers, small teams, or vendors. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. High emotional intelligence to handle sensitive conversations and read tone accurately. Proactive communicator who flags problems early, maintains communication, and asks questions when needed.
