The primary focus of this position is improving Google Business Profile rankings website rankings organic lead generation and visibility in AI-generated search results. This is not an entry-level SEO position. We are looking for someone who already understands the main factors that improve local rankings and can independently develop and execute a strategy. We do not have time to teach basic Local SEO backlink building website optimization or Google Business Profile management. Training materials will be available but the selected candidate should already possess the experience required to begin contributing. The right candidate should have documented experience getting businesses into the top three positions of the Google local map pack for competitive keywords. The secondary focus of the role will be assisting with GoHighLevel AI tools automations and basic media buying. ## Primary Business Objective Our immediate objective is to increase the number of qualified calls generated through Google Business Profiles and organic search. One of our existing Google Business Profiles currently ranks near the top of the local map pack for several important search terms and generates approximately 24 calls per month. The goal is to: * Protect and improve the rankings that are already performing * Achieve top-three map-pack visibility for additional high-volume keywords * Expand rankings into additional neighborhoods and service areas * Increase qualified buyer seller investor and property-owner inquiries * Grow the existing profile from approximately 24 calls per month to more than 50 calls per month * Build and optimize additional legitimate websites and Google Business Profiles * Develop multiple profiles that each generate at least 50 inbound calls per month * Improve the visibility of each business in AI-generated search results and answer engines The specialist must focus on measurable outcomes including rankings qualified calls appointments active clients and closed business not simply completing SEO tasks. ## Primary Responsibilities ### Google Business Profile Optimization You will be responsible for managing and improving multiple Google Business Profiles.
