Remote Appointment Setter (Phone) - Full-time, US Eastern Hours - $500/mo base + $5 per show

We run outbound lead generation for US home-service businesses (plumbers, roofers, remodelers, landscapers). We text contractors about getting more jobs. When one replies "yes", you call them within 5 minutes, ask a few qualifying questions, and book a 15-minute Google Meet with our founder. Everyone you call has already replied to us. No cold lists. What you'll do - Call new positive replies within 5 minutes. Speed matters more than anything else in this role. - Qualify them with a short script: what they do, where they work, whether they can take on more jobs, and whether they're the owner. - Book a 15-minute Google Meet with our founder, confirm the time, and make sure they know how to join. - Follow up with people who don't pick up, and send reminders so booked calls actually happen. - Log every call and outcome in our CRM (GoHighLevel). Schedule: full-time, 8 hours/day, Monday-Friday, US Eastern business hours (about 9am-5pm EST), fully remote. Pay, explained plainly - Base: US$500/month, paid monthly. - Show bonus: US$5 for each booked call where the contractor actually joins the Google Meet. No-shows and cancellations don't count. - Example only, not a promise: 60 shows in a month = $500 + (60 x $5) = $800 that month. This pay is set for candidates outside the US. At 8 hours/day it is not a competitive US wage. Must have - Fluent spoken English with an American English accent (required). US call-center experience is a plus. - Reliable internet with a backup, a quiet place to take calls, and a decent headset. - Available every weekday during US Eastern business hours. - Comfortable talking to busy, blunt tradespeople.
