Job Description
Executive Assistant (Remote) Central Valley Medical Education is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. This is more than an administrative position - we're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, managing projects, improving processes, and helping a growing healthcare education company operate efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, comfortable learning new technology, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Coordinate healthcare training classes, instructors, students, and company events. Serve as a primary point of contact by answering phones, responding to emails, and assisting customers professionally . Create, edit, and maintain spreadsheets, documents, presentations, and reports. Assist with data entry, record management, and maintaining confidential business and student records. Coordinate student enrollment, onboarding, scheduling, and course completion documentation. Help manage healthcare documentation, care plans, and other compliance-related records as assigned. Coordinate projects across multiple departments and ensure deadlines are met. Research information, compare vendors, and help improve office systems and workflows . Support executives with special projects and other administrative duties as needed. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of executive assistant, office management, operations, or administrative experience. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Comfortable learning new software platforms and AI productivity tools. Ability to prioritize competing tasks and work independently. Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through. Customer service experience preferred.
