Customer Sales Support

We're seeking a motivated Customer Sales Support representative to handle fan communications on behalf of content creators. Whether you're new to this line of work or bringing prior experience, we'll equip you with everything you need to succeed from the start. Key Responsibilities: Provide timely responses to member inquiries and messages Maintain the tone and personality unique to each creator across all conversations Follow provided scripts and SOPs as a foundation while keeping interactions authentic Identify and escalate concerns to the appropriate channel as needed Qualifications: Must currently reside in the Philippines Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable internet connection and access to a functioning computer Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently Prior chat support experience is a plus but not required What We Offer: Base Pay: $2.50 per hour Performance Bonus: 2% commission + additional individual and team bonuses Weekly Payments: Salaries paid out every week Growth Opportunities: Chance to develop your sales skills and grow within an international, dynamic team Team Culture: Supportive environment where performance and creativity are valued
