Critical gaps: Cold calling / outbound prospecting Commercial list building (property managers, regionals, builders, hotels, restaurants) Decision-maker research CRM data entry Appointment setting Follow-up cadence Proposal pipeline tracking Excel/Google Sheets KPI management Market-by-ZIP territory organization Phone confidence B2B script execution The ideal candidate will be technically adept, with experience in using Microsoft Office tools to streamline tasks and enhance productivity.
