Entry Level - Quality Specialist

Hi, I'm looking to hire a virtual assistant that's a Call Grading Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to review and grade 25 or more recorded calls daily, and use excel. You will be given a call score guide. You must use a vpn ! You must know English as calls are in English. These calls, ranging from 8 to 15 minutes in length, will require you to utilize pre built scorecards on a CRM system and Excel spreadsheets. Your daily tasks will include: Listen to call recordings and grade calls & welcome customer service calls based on scorecard. You will grade 2 groups of calls . Document call evaluations into a crm prefilled software, and also using Excel sheets. We are seeking candidates who are: Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing). Bilingual, Spanish. Must have a VPN Fast and eager learners who can work independently. Proficiency in Excel for data entry and report generation. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Quality Assurance Experience is a plus ! Detail oriented with the ability to follow scoring guidelines and policies.
