What You'll Do This role owns the claim-to-cash cycle for our insurance clients: Submit & track claims - prepare and send claims then keep an eye on their status through to payment Post payments & reconcile - apply payments accurately and make sure everything ties out Work denials & aging - follow up on denied rejected or unpaid claims and keep the aging report clean You'll work primarily in Mindbody (our practice software) plus a clearinghouse for claim submission and tracking. Our two main payers are VA Community Care (through Optum) and Ohio BWC (Bureau of Workers' Compensation) - if you haven't worked these specific programs before that's okay we'll train you on the details.
