Your primary responsibilities will include: Graphic Design Expertise: Utilize Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva to create and edit captivating graphics for web and social media. Develop print marketing materials, such as postcards, coupons, and flyers. WordPress Website Design: Design and manage WordPress websites, including a local business directory. You'll work with themes and third-party platforms, requiring comfort in PHP for theme and plugin customization, along with solid HTML and CSS, and basic JavaScript for tracking and interactions. SEO/SEM: Implement initial SEO best practices and manage SEO campaigns, providing monthly performance reports. Video Creation/Editing: Create and edit engaging videos using your preferred platforms to enhance our digital content. Social Media Management: Research, create, and manage content/graphics/videos for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Regularly report on performance metrics. Online Advertising: Develop and manage Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn advertising campaigns, ensuring content effectiveness and reporting results. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a technical mindset, eager to learn and grow in the marketing and design field. Experience with WordPress and a solid understanding of digital marketing tools are essential.
