About the Role We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Chat & Sales Support. In this role, you'll be responsible for engaging with Customers in a fun, natural and engaging way. Your main focus will be building connections, identifying opportunities, and driving sales through engaging pitches. What We're Looking For Basic understanding of sales - You don't need to be an expert, but you should know how to guide a conversation toward a positive outcome. High IQ & quick thinking - Ability to evaluate situations fast and choose the best reaction in each scenario. Fun & social personality - You should genuinely enjoy talking to people and keeping conversations lively. Strong written communication - Clear, friendly, and persuasive messaging style. Reliability - Consistent presence and accountability are key.
