Part-Time VA - Cleaning Business Intake, Scheduling & Coverage

We run a residential cleaning business and have a full-time VA already on the team. We are looking for a part-time VA to cover the days and hours our full-time VA does not work, so this is a coverage role, not full-time. Responsibilities: - Answer and return customer calls and texts, with priority on returning missed calls promptly - Qualify leads (ask bed, bath, and square footage before quoting) - Send quotes by size tier and follow up with the booking link - Enter and update bookings in our scheduling system (BookingKoala) - Coordinate cleaners, including handling reschedules and same-day swaps when a cleaner cannot make a job - Follow up on outstanding payments and flag issues internally - Keep records accurate and communicate updates clearly Requirements: - Strong written English (replies go directly to customers) - Customer service or appointment-setting experience - Reliable internet and a quiet space for calls - Organized, proactive, and able to follow SOPs independently Nice to have: - Experience with BookingKoala, OpenPhone, or similar booking and phone tools - Prior cleaning, home services, or field-service dispatch experience To apply, please include: 1.
