Social Media Outreach Virtual Assistant - Creator Recruitment

We are a growing European creator management agency looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our creator recruitment through Instagram. This is not a copy-and-paste spam position. We are looking for someone who can identify suitable creators, understand our target profile, personalize messages, follow up professionally, and keep our outreach pipeline organized. Your Responsibilities Research female creators and influencers primarily from Germany, Austria and Switzerland Identify suitable prospects based on our defined criteria Focus on relevant niches such as lifestyle, fitness, modeling and creator content Follow and engage with selected accounts before contacting them Send personalized outreach messages using our approved scripts Adjust the opening message based on each creator's profile Follow up with interested and non-responsive prospects according to our process Respond professionally to initial questions and move qualified prospects toward a call Record every contacted creator, response and follow-up in our tracking sheet Keep the Instagram account organized and report any restrictions or technical problems immediately Provide a short daily report with outreach numbers, responses and notable conversations What We Are Looking For Previous experience with Instagram outreach, lead generation or appointment setting Strong written English Careful research and attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and work independently Professional and respectful communication Reliable daily availability from Monday to Friday Comfortable working for a creator management agency No mass messaging, bots or unauthorized automation No contacting the same person twice No changes to accounts, passwords, bios or settings without approval Performance Expectations During the initial phase, quality is more important than volume. You will be expected to: Research approximately 25-40 suitable profiles per working day Send approximately 20-30 personalized messages per working day Complete scheduled follow-ups Maintain an accurate tracking sheet Generate genuine, qualified conversations rather than unqualified replies Targets may be adjusted after the trial period based on account safety, response quality and working speed. Compensation Paid two-week trial: USD 75 After a successful trial: USD 150-200 per month, depending on performance, availability and agreed workload Long-term opportunity for reliable candidates Performance bonuses may be offered for qualified creators who attend a call or begin working with the agency To Apply Please answer the following questions: Have you previously done Instagram outreach or lead generation?
