Responding promptly and accurately to emails from potential clients and stakeholders. Opening and closing deals with a focus on achieving targets and building lasting relationships. The ideal candidate will possess: Expert-level proficiency in using Microsoft Word for documentation and communication. Proven experience in a similar role within the real estate industry. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong negotiation skills and a track record of successfully closing deals.
