I have been into this industry for more than 2 years. I've been doing cold calling and appointment setting for US clients & Australian clients. The CRM's I have used already are IXACT, Follow up boss. For the dialers, Ring Central, Air call, Google Voice, Call tools. I am knowledgeable as well in Google Spreadsheet, Excel, Word and Google management. I can make 350-500 calls a day for a Manual dialer. And can make a roughly 3-4 appointments '' depends '' on the given list. I may give you low number or none appointments in a week but I make sure that I can build myself and can give you the ''best'' deals when I made an appointment. I honed my ability to speak clearly. I have good tone of voice, good accent as well. I am an Under Graduate of AB Mass Communication at Holy Angel University, a well-known University in my province. Team work is one of the most important characteristic an Appointment setter must have. Being committed is also one of the important attitude we must all have, if there is no commitment in a thing that we do, we won't be successful. I am an optimistic person as well. I hate being late as well with deadlines. How I handle pressure? I always make sure that I handle it in a nice way whatever it takes. I am calm, think of the very best way how to solve and I have lots of options. I don't stick to 1-2 options only. I am thinking fast what to do next to resolve a certain problem in every situation.
