For almost 3 years in the company, I was well trained for different LOB and skills already. In my first 2 months, I was assigned as chat support in FBA NA ([hidden]) then I also became FBA NA Email support and I stayed there for more than a year before I was transferred to M@ Phones to join the pioneering team to support the UK marketplace (amazon.co.uk). Eventually, I was promoted as an SME and I handled almost all of the LOB in the company. As an SME it allows me to do Admin tasks and Quality Assurance of the cases that our associates are handling. During the first Covid pandemic lockdown, I was one of the few supports who worked on-site before we were able to work from home. Since we lacked support as well as trainers at that time, I was able to supervise and train a team on my own. And now that we are already working from home, I want to utilize my time and opportunity to work part-time. With my expertise in the account (Amazon), I am confident enough that I'd be able to provide my future Amazon Seller client quality assistance towards growing his Amazon Seller Account.
